Medicine weekend  in St. George area!  

Friday we will hopefully be doing a water breath in the natrual hot springs (if this does not become an option, we will do a regular breath.......we will meet at 1pm on Friday.   Friday night we will have a circle around the fire in bob's backyard and serve hape and sananga.   Saturday we will be an all day medicine ceremony (hopefully outside with a fire in a nearby canyon).  Sunday morning everyone can leave when they are ready.

This is not a full retreat~ Bob is letting us stay at his house (there is room for about 8 people to stay dowstaurs in the house and 5 spots in the 5th wheel and anyone is free to come and put a tent up in the backyard.  Please bring you own sleeping bags and pillows and your own food.....

Cost: $225, your food assignment for meal after medicine ceremony and 2 bundles of wood.
