About the event
Location: Orem, Utah in private indoor pool house
We will be starting with our intention, followed by a heart opening experience prior to going into the water for the water breath.
We will be doing a connected breath as you are being held by 3 people with your face tilted back so that your mouth and nose are above water. The connected breath in the water will bring up stuck emotions and energy in the body where you will be able to release by crying, shaking, kicking, and screaming in the water- It will be followed up with a short integration time and the option to be served Sananga and Happe.
During the breathing we will be working with music, feathers, and sage/copal/cedar to assist you with your journey.
It is a very beautiful and powerful experience- we hold space for that and provide guidance and support in your journey.
