Join us for an intimate woman's retreat that will be a deep healing journey utilizing breath work and medicine. Friday evening we will be doing a water breath in the hot tub and grounding with Hape' and Sananga. Saturday we will be facilitating an all day medicine (peyote) ceremony. Sunday morning we will be facilitating a group breath and then having a closing circle. The theme of this retreat is "Rise Up, Honor yourself". This will be a smaller group than the woman's retreat we held this August. It is limited to 12-15 woman. Food, accommodations and medicine are all included in the price. We will be sharing beds and sleeping on mattresses on the floor since the bunk bed frames are not made for adults. Prepare to get close with the other woman, with yourself and to go deep into healing and honoring the beauty of who you are.
